There isn't a fuse. The 12v that operates the relay comes directly from the computer. You can put a meter or test light on it at the relay connector and see if it powers up when the key is turned ON. Well on a 76 280z the fuel injection relay also triggers the fuel pump (if turned to the on position) when bypassed with a paper clip. and that relay is on drivers side to the left kinda near the hood release. its big like 2-3 inches long aprox. and like 1 inch wide so its a rectangle and has a depth of like another inch or so. its silver.
